Class VI
Paper folding activity- Tesellations
Activity: The children of Class VI A performed an activity Tesellations wherein they folded a sheet of paper into half. Again folded the sheet with creases. They folded the sheet to the maximum number of folds possible. As a result when the sheet was opened it had grids formed. The children counted the number of rows and columns.
They correlated the grid of rows and columns to grids of rows and columns in spreadsheet software (Open office Calc).
